Our diverse roles include entrepreneurs, creatives, event organisers, hosts and facilitators. We also work with strategists, innovators, advisors, therapists, and more so that we can deliver amazing results for our members.
If there’s something we can’t provide in-house, we’ll recommend a high-quality alternative. Or we will be upfront and let you know we can’t assist and we wish to work with partners who share similar values to us.

How do we work
We use a combination of events, peer to peer learning and bonding, coaching programmes and empowerment to help facilitate growth.
Through our decades of experience we have read hundreds of thousands of hours of information. Delivered many hundreds of events and seen at close hand what works and doesn’t work.
We first build events around unusual topics, building niche communities and working in sectors that require our support where leaders have a strong need. Following this, we deep understanding of the needs of our members and then we create programmes or partner with coaches and experts to facilitate transformational growth thus you get the result you wish.
